本网页提供无需重新安装 App 的账户关闭入口说明。现有代码只完成账户关闭，不代表关联用户数据已经删除；公开请求渠道、删除/匿名化清单、法定留存期限及生效文本仍须工程、用户与法务终审。 This page explains account closure without reinstalling the app. The current code closes access but does not yet prove deletion of all associated user data; the public request channel, deletion/anonymization inventory, statutory retention schedule, and effective text remain pending engineering, user, and legal approval.

自助关闭步骤 / Self-service steps

  1. 先将所有账户余额、挂单和待处理资金处理为零。 / Clear all balances, open orders, and pending funds.
  2. 在网页浏览器打开登录页，登录后进入“设置 → 账户 → 注销账户”。 / Open theweb sign-in pageand go to Settings → Account → Close account.
  3. 输入 CLOSE 并确认。余额不为零时，系统会保持账户开启并提示先处理余额。 / Enter CLOSE and confirm. A non-zero balance keeps the account open and returns an instruction to clear it first.

已登录用户可直接打开网页注销入口。该网页流程不依赖已安装的移动应用。

关闭后立即发生什么 / Immediate effects

  • 账户状态改为关闭，当前及其他设备会话被撤销。
  • 与该账户关联的移动推送 token 被清除。
  • 账户不再用于登录、交易或新的充提操作。
  • The account is closed, sessions are revoked, push tokens are cleared, and the account can no longer be used for sign-in, trading, or new deposits/withdrawals.

关闭不等于数据删除 / Closure is not data deletion

关闭账户不等于删除关联数据。当前自助流程只关闭登录与交易能力、撤销会话并清除推送 token；普通用户资料及其他非监管必需数据尚未完成逐类删除或匿名化。 / Closing an account does not by itself delete associated user data. The current self-service flow only disables sign-in and trading, revokes sessions, and clears push tokens; ordinary profile data and other data not required for regulatory retention still need a category-by-category deletion or anonymization implementation.

商店提交前必须完成数据清单：对每一类关联用户数据明确“删除、匿名化或依法保留”，实现并验证删除/匿名化任务；依法保留的数据须写明类别、法律依据、用途和期限。为遵守金融监管、KYC/AML、制裁筛查、税务、审计、争议处理和防欺诈义务，身份验证证据、交易、资金、账本、审计和客服记录可能需要继续保存。

Before store submission, a data inventory must classify every associated-user-data category as deleted, anonymized, or legally retained, and the deletion/anonymization job must be implemented and verified. Retained categories must state the legal basis, purpose, and period. Identity-verification evidence, trades, funds, ledger, audit, and support records may need to be retained for financial, KYC/AML, sanctions, tax, audit, dispute, and fraud-prevention obligations.

当前数据删除合同尚未完成；各数据类别的处理方式、确切期限与适用法律仍需工程实现、用户提供并由法务终审。 / The data-deletion contract is not complete; category-level handling, exact retention periods, and applicable laws require engineering implementation, user input, and legal approval.

无法登录或需要协助 / If you cannot sign in

若仍可登录，可从网页客服工单请求人工核验与关闭。无法登录时，当前草案尚无公开请求渠道；商店提交前须由用户补充无需登录即可使用的公开隐私邮箱或删除请求表单，并说明身份核验所需最少信息。

If you can still sign in, use theweb support pagefor assisted identity verification and closure. This draft does not yet provide a public request channel for users who cannot sign in. Before store submission, the user must add a public privacy email or deletion-request form usable without sign-in and document the minimum identity-verification information required.
